How It Works

“Do you have clothing, footwear and other fashion items to sell?
Follow these simple steps - it’s easy-peasy!”

1. Our intake is done by appointment only. You can contact us during business hours and we will gladly arrange a time and date for drop off.

2. Items should arrive freshly laundered and neatly folded in storage bins with lids or on hangers in garment bags. (A clean cardboard box with the top closed will work in a pinch.)

3. Bags and bins should be clearly labeled with your contact information. Your name, email, and a cell number, is ideal!

4. We do our best to process buyouts as quickly as possible (we shoot for within 3 business days) and in the order in which they arrive.

5. Once we have gone through your items we will contact you with an offer on the things we want and have the remainder ready for pick-up or donation to a worthy charity, whichever you prefer.

6. And lastly (you’re going to love this) you always have the option of accepting your buyout in the form of  7th Heaven ‘Mad Money’ which offers more bang for your buck! Inquire in store for details.

1. Can you bring your Bestie?

Absolutely, but appointments are set up for one person only. If a friend wants in on the action that’s cool, but please call ahead to be sure we can accommodate. In this case each person’s items must be packed and labeled separately.

2. What do we take?​

​

Just about everything a gal likes to wear from the most comfy casual to black-tie dressy. This includes great quality dresses, tops, bottoms, denim, outer wear, bags, footwear, gowns, scarves, accessories, jewelry, hats and more. Classic is great but we also love things that are unique, and have funk factor.

3. What don't we take?​

​

Barring the odd exception we don’t take men’s wear, children’s wear, wedding dresses or uniforms. Also, we cannot take any high end designer bags without authenticity papers.

4. Be a rock star !​

​

Please do a careful check of your items before you bring them to us to make sure all buttons are in place, zippers are functional, and they are free of any stains, tears, holes, and odours.

5. Pay it forward.​

​

If you wish to donate the items we don’t buy, we are happy to move them along. Our charities include St Joseph’s Villa here in Dundas, the Salvation Army, the Eva Rothwell Center and other worthy causes, including individual families we are made aware of who are simply in need.
